Page Baseball Holds First Annual Halloween Game

The Page Patriots baseball program held thier First Annual Halloween Baseball game on Thursday, October 27.

Organized and ran by members of the team, the Patriots dressed in various costumes and played a very competitive scrimmage.  Costumes varied from a peanut butter and jelly sandwich to presidential candidates to a bull rider and his rodeo clown.  The event was very spirited and enjoyable as a near capacity crowd was on hand to witness the fun.  I was amazing how many students and parents came out to witness such a show.

Other characters in attendance: Kent Murphy, Domingo Ayala, Santa Claus, a blind referee (who hit massive homerun), Barack Obama, Border Patrol, etc.

This was a great first experience for the Page Patriots and will definitly look forward to our 2nd Annual game next year.
